Transfers and sealed bids in Auction League

Managers can change their squads after the auction. They submit private bids for unowned players in scheduled sealed-bid rounds. They can also agree a swap with another manager for organiser approval. One player still has only one owner at a time.

Auction League. Updated 10 September 2026.

Sealed bids for free agents

A free agent is a player who has no owner in your league. Managers submit bids without seeing rival bids. The scheduled round resolves the bids under the league rules. This format prevents an open race based only on who checks the app first.

Swaps between managers

Two managers can agree a player swap. The organiser approves the agreed move and handles exceptions. The transfer must keep each squad within the league rules.

A market that stays exclusive

Transfers do not create duplicate ownership. When a free agent joins one squad or a swap completes, the ownership record changes for the league. Every manager can see who owns the player.

Common questions

Can other managers see my sealed bid?

No. Competing bids stay private until the scheduled round resolves them.

Can managers trade players directly?

They can agree a swap. The organiser approves it, and squad rules still apply.
